1. Return Period

You may return eligible products within 15 days of delivery. After this period, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange unless the product is defective.

2. Condition of Goods

  • Returned items must be in a sellable condition: unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

  • Products that are damaged during delivery are exempt from this requirement.

3. Exclusions

The following items cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons:

  • Pet bedding

  • Opened pet food or treats

4. Return Costs

If your return is legitimate (e.g., product arrived damaged, wrong item sent, or within the allowed return period), Pute.co.za will cover the cost of return shipping.

5. Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a refund, replacement, or repair at no additional cost to you.

6. Refund Process

  • Refunds will be processed within 7 working days after we receive and inspect your returned item.

  • Refunds will be made to your original payment method (e.g., card, EFT).

  • You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.

7. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are permitted for eligible items (e.g., incorrect size or product).

  • Food items cannot be exchanged if opened.
